6w6 Terms & Conditions and Policies

These terms and conditions are a legally binding agreement between 6w6 and any player who accesses the 6w6 platform (https://6w6.mom). From the moment you access the platform, register an account, or play any games, you are considered to have fully accepted these terms and conditions.

1 Definitions

The key terms used in these terms and conditions are defined as follows—

• "Platform" — Refers to the 6w6 website, software, and all related services.
• "Player" / "You" — Any person who accesses and uses the platform.
• "Account" — The individual, non-transferable personal record registered on 6w6 and associated with a player.
• "Bonus" — Any monetary or gameplay credit amounts offered by 6w6 to players.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

Players must be 21+ to use the 6w6 platform. If an account is found to have been opened by someone under 21, 6w6 will close that account immediately and any remaining balance will not be paid out.

2.2 One Account Per Player Policy

Each player — per IP address, device, household, and payment method — may only have one active account at a time. Violating this policy will result in bonuses being voided and may lead to account closure.

2.3 Accurate Registration Information

Players must provide complete and accurate personal information at the time of registration. If an account is found to have been opened with incorrect information, 6w6 reserves the right to suspend or close that account.

2.4 Account Security

Players must keep their account login credentials secure and must not share them with anyone. 6w6 will not be held responsible for any losses arising from a third party accessing a player's account.

3 Deposits and Withdrawals

The key terms relating to payments are set out in the table below—

3.1 Deposits

Deposits are credited to the player's account instantly. If there is a technical delay, players can contact the 6w6 customer service team (24 hours). 6w6 reserves the right to review any deposit.

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals will be completed within 10 to 45 minutes of the request being submitted. All bonus wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal can be processed. Withdrawals may be suspended if KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is not complete.

3.3 Incorrect Payments

If an incorrect payment is credited to a player's account due to a technical error, 6w6 reserves the right to reverse that amount, and the player must notify 6w6 immediately upon becoming aware of the error.

4 Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 First Deposit Bonus

6w6 offers a 150% bonus on a player's first deposit, with a maximum bonus amount of 100,000 Ks. The wagering requirement is 25x the bonus amount — winnings from the bonus can only be withdrawn after this requirement is met.

4.2 Bonus Policy

• Each bonus has its own specific terms and conditions, and players must follow the bonus terms stated in that promotion.
• If a player is found to have claimed a one-time bonus more than once using multiple accounts, the bonus and any winnings from it will be voided.
• 6w6 reserves the right to modify or cancel the terms of any bonus promotion at any time.
• If a withdrawal is made before the wagering requirements are met, the bonus amount and all winnings from it will be voided. Any remaining balance from the player's own funds may still be withdrawn.

5 VIP Program Terms

The 6w6 VIP program has 5 tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Players move up tiers based on their play history and activity, and can receive the following weekly cashback—

• Bronze — up to 0.2% cashback
• Silver — up to 0.3% cashback
• Gold — up to 0.5% cashback
• Platinum — up to 0.6% cashback
• Diamond — up to 0.8% cashback

VIP cashback is paid weekly, and players must meet the specified wagering requirements before cashback can be withdrawn. VIP tier is determined by 6w6 based on each player's activity.

6 Prohibited Activities and Restrictions

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 6w6 platform—

• Bonus Abuse — Playing with Collusion to exploit available game paths
• Using a bot or automated software
• Inappropriate or degrading communication toward other players or staff
• Committing financial fraud
• Intentionally exploiting platform software bugs for financial gain

If such behaviour is found, 6w6 has the right to immediately close the account and forfeit any bonuses and related winnings without prior notice.

7 Responsible Gaming

8 Legal Compliance and Regulation

9 Account Suspension and Termination

9.1 6w6's Right to Suspend

6w6 reserves the right to suspend or close a player's account without prior notice in the following circumstances—

• Violation of these terms and conditions
• Financial fraud or unfair play
• Found to be under 21 years of age
• Account with prolonged inactivity

9.2 Player-Initiated Closure and Withdrawal
